ATTEMPT TO OVERTHROW THE COMMONWEALTH OR THE COMSTITUTION OF THE COMMONWEALTH
ASSIST BY WHATEVER MEANS, WITH INTENT TO ASSIST A PROCLAIMED ENEMY.
PENALTY - IMPRISONMENT FOR LIFE
